Aimee has coached clients individually and delivered career-related presentations since 1993. Her overall focus is helping people develop successful strategies to achieve career goals and reach professional fulfillment while creating and maintaining a positive work/life balance.

Aimee received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, and was a National Sales Recruiter prior to opening Cohen Career Consulting. Her experience as a sales recruiter offers unique insights into hiring trends, marketing pitfalls, and the strategic nuances that give a potential candidate the hiring edge. For more than a decade, she has shared these invaluable insights in personalized one-on-one client consultations and dynamic group presentations.

A believer in "practicing what you preach", Aimee has achieved her own work-life balance with a happy marriage since 1992, is the mother of two wonderful children, and serves as playmate to one energetic yellow Labrador Retriever.
